Our platform at https://mithrion.fit/ creates customized workout plans based on the information you provide and expert-backed insights (“fitness program” or “service”), designed to help you improve your health, strength, and overall performance.   2. Your feedback on each training session (if provided)
  3. The weights used during your fitness session

Body Analysis Photos

To provide a personalised fitness program, our platform may request you to upload two photos:

  1. one front-facing photo
  2. one side-view photo

These photos are strictly used for body analysis purposes to assess your body fat percentage, muscle composition, and other relevant physical factors that impact the customization of your program. They will be stored temporarily and deleted after one month following the analysis. After deletion, we generate an abstract, non-identifiable character representation (“dot-character”) of your body structure, which is retained solely for program optimization purposes. This abstract representation does not contain personally identifiable information.

4. How We Collect Data

We collect your data through the following methods:

  • Directly from you when you sign up and enter information into our platform.
  • Through your use of the application, where we collect data related to your workout performance (e.g., exercise history and weights used).
  • With your explicit consent, when uploading body analysis photos.

We do not collect data from external sources without your consent.

5. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and process your data to:

  • Create and manage your account on our platform
  • Generate personalized fitness programs based on your fitness levels and goals
  • Analyze your body composition (concerning the collection of body analysis photos)
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve workout efficiency
  • Track progress and enhance your user experience
  • Provide you with customer support and address technical issues
  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and administrative requirements

6. Our Legal Basis

We process your data in compliance with applicable laws. The legal bases for processing your data include:

  • Performance of a Contract: When you sign up for our services, we process your data, including health and fitness-related information, to create an account, customised fitness programs, and provide trainer support. This processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations.
  • Consent: We request your consent before processing your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Explicit Consent: We process your body analysis photos based on your explicit consent, and a separate consent will be requested before collecting the body analysis photos. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, after which we will delete your photos and any related data.
  • Legitimate Interests: We may process certain non-sensitive data for platform improvements, fraud prevention, and security. We ensure our legitimate interests do not override your rights.
  • Compliance with Legal Obligations: We may process personal data to comply with tax laws or regulatory obligations.

7. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We use cookies to enhance functionality and improve your experience. These include:

  • Session cookies to maintain login sessions.

Your data is retained only as long as necessary for providing services. You may request deletion at any time. Once the removal request has been received and confirmed, all requested data will be permanently deleted within one week.

Body analysis photos are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after one month.
