Mithrion exists because no generic programme knew one of our founders had a restricted hip, a thoracic spine adapted to eight hours of flexion per day, and a deadlift quietly compounding a structural imbalance.

What was missing

The problem was hiding in plain sight.

Most fitness content is built around motivation. Hustle harder. Train more. Push through the pain. It took years of doing exactly that, along with a growing list of structural complaints, to realise the problem was not effort. It was information.

No generic programme knew that the right hip was restricted, that the thoracic spine had adapted to eight hours of flexion per day, or that the way a deadlift was being loaded was quietly compounding a structural imbalance. Training hard, into a broken pattern.

What we built

So we built the thing that should have existed.

Mithrion started with a simple question: what if the first thing a coach did was actually read your body before prescribing a single rep? Two photos. Twenty seconds. A structural baseline that makes every subsequent recommendation more precise.
