1. About Mithrion

Mithrion (“we”) provides a personalized fitness experience for users (“you”). Our platform at https://mithrion.fit/ creates customized workout plans based on the information you provide and expert-backed insights (“fitness program” or “service”), designed to help you improve your health, strength, and overall performance. Our mission is to help you become healthier, stronger, and more confident.

We may request certain personal data in order to provide personalized fitness programs and deliver high-quality services. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, used, and protected.

2. Free Trials, Subscriptions & Payments

We offer a two-week free trial for new users.

After the free trial period ends, continued access to our services requires an active monthly subscription. To activate your subscription, you must provide valid payment details and complete your first payment. Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of the initial payment. All charges are processed in USD (or another specified currency, if applicable).

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Mithrion does not store or have access to your credit card information. Stripe handles all payment transactions, including:

  • Email address or payment identification;

  • Subscription and transaction details;

  • Automatic invoice generation;

  • Recurring monthly billing.

3. Failed Payments & Account Suspension

If a payment fails, you will have seven (7) days to update your payment information. During this period, Stripe may automatically retry the payment according to its internal processes. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available during retry attempts.

If payment is not successfully completed within this period, your account will be temporarily suspended. Access to the service will be restored only after valid payment details are provided and all outstanding charges are paid.

4. Health & Eligibility Criteria

To participate in Mithrion’s fitness programs, you must meet certain health and eligibility requirements. At the beginning of the registration process, you are required to review all listed conditions and confirm, where applicable:
“I confirm that I can safely work out with Mithrion.”

You must not use our platform or services if you have any of the following conditions:

  • Pregnancy;

  • Being 60 years of age or older;

  • Being a minor under applicable laws;

  • Osteoarthritis or chronic musculoskeletal pain;

  • Osteoporosis;

  • Cardiovascular conditions (including heart disease, heart attack, chest pain, or history of heart surgery);

  • Type 2 diabetes;

  • Physical disabilities that limit safe exercise participation;

  • Any chronic medical condition requiring medical clearance before engaging in physical activity;

  • Any other medical condition that may impair your ability to safely follow a fitness program.

If you choose to participate despite having any of the above conditions, you do so entirely at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any consequences. If you develop any of these conditions in the future, you must notify us immediately at coach@mithrion.fit. Failure to do so releases Mithrion from any responsibility for resulting consequences.

5. Providing Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful health, fitness, and personal information. This includes uploading only your own photos and not those of another individual.

You are responsible for promptly updating any changes to your health status, payment information, or other details that may affect your fitness program. Mithrion shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

By using Mithrion’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Fitness programs provided by Mithrion are not medical advice and should not be considered or represented as such.

  • Participation in any fitness program is at your own risk. Results are not guaranteed.

  • Mithrion is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from use of the platform or services.

  • We do not guarantee injury-free participation. You are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified medical or fitness professional before starting any program.

  • Mithrion is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate information or misuse of the service.

  • Information provided through the platform, including body analysis and recommendations, is based on available data, internal research, and third-party sources and may not always be accurate or complete.

  • Mithrion does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party websites linked on the platform. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk, and you should review their policies before sharing personal data.

  • While the platform is protected by Cloudflare, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed in the event of external cyber threats.

  • Under no circumstances shall Mithrion be liable for criminal or civil claims arising from misuse of the services, including fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of third-party rights.

7. Account Suspension for Violations

Mithrion reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

  • Fail to pay subscription fees as outlined in Section 3;

  • Intentionally disrupt platform operations (e.g., denial-of-service attacks). Temporary suspension may occur after notice, followed by permanent suspension if violations continue;

  • Engage in activities that violate security or platform integrity policies.

8. Account Deletion

You may request permanent account deletion by contacting coach@mithrion.fit. Account deletion results in irreversible removal of all associated data and cannot be undone.

9. Subscription Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew via Stripe. Auto-renewal cannot be disabled; however, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be completed prior to the renewal date to avoid charges. No refunds or partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

10. Privacy Policy

Mithrion respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and stored. By using our services, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

12. Changes to These Terms

Mithrion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review the most current version regularly at https://mithrion.fit.
